The Boilermech boiler, with a capacity of 35 TPH, has suffered damage to its superheater pipes and deterioration of the refractory lining due to long-term operation. This condition has caused a drop in the temperature of the steam produced and reduced the boiler’s reliability, potentially disrupting the production process if repairs are not carried out immediately and the affected components are not replaced.

Replace the superheater elements and rebuild the refractory lining during the scheduled shutdown period. The work must be completed in accordance with established quality and safety standards and on schedule so that the boiler can resume operation at optimal performance once the shutdown is over.

Our team supplies and installs new superheater components using welding procedures performed by certified personnel. All welded joints undergo non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure material quality and integrity. Concurrently, the refractory lining in the radiant and convective sections is removed and rebuilt to restore the boiler’s thermal performance.

The superheater replacement and refractory reconstruction work was successfully completed within the shutdown schedule. Steam temperatures have returned to design specifications, heat transfer efficiency has improved, and boiler operational reliability has been restored, enabling the plant to support production needs in a more stable and sustainable manner.
