The 35-TPH Advance boiler has reached the end of its service life in terms of its piping system, posing a risk of operational failure that could disrupt the continuous supply of steam to the plant. To maintain operational reliability and safety, a comprehensive pipe replacement program is required before more serious damage occurs.

Carry out a comprehensive retubing program during the scheduled shutdown period. The work must meet welding quality standards, inspection requirements, and applicable regulations, so that the boiler can resume safe operation and produce steam at its design capacity.

Our Class 1-certified welding team replaced the generator bank tubes and water wall tubes in accordance with approved work procedures. All welded joints underwent 100% non-destructive testing (NDT) by independent inspectors to ensure welding quality, material integrity, and compliance with applicable technical standards.

The retubing work was successfully completed in accordance with the established shutdown schedule. The boiler resumed operation at full working pressure, was recertified in accordance with applicable regulations, and achieved excellent inspection results with zero weld rejections on all tested joints.
