The factory requires a new CPO (Crude Palm Oil) transfer pipeline from the storage area to the loading point at the jetty to support export operations. Given the considerable distance involved and the importance of maintaining product quality, the piping system must be designed and installed to high standards with zero tolerance for leaks.

Design, fabricate, and install a 600-meter-long CPO transfer pipeline capable of operating safely and reliably. The work must meet welding quality standards and inspection requirements, and ensure that no leaks occur during the product transfer process.

Our Class 1 certified welding team performs all pipe welding work in accordance with approved procedures. Every joint undergoes 100% non-destructive testing (NDT) by authorized inspectors to ensure the integrity of the piping system. This is followed by the installation of pipe supports, pipe alignment, and a comprehensive hydrostatic test prior to commissioning.

The installation of the CPO transfer piping was successfully completed on schedule and passed all tests without any leaks. The new piping system can be operated reliably to support the CPO transfer process to the jetty, thereby improving the smooth operation and efficiency of the plant’s export activities.
