The linings on the doors and body of the factory’s sterilizer are subject to wear and tear due to exposure to high-temperature steam and the corrosive properties of condensate and acids derived from fresh fruit bunches (FFB). These conditions cause steam leaks, reduce the efficiency of the sterilization process, and may accelerate damage to the vessel if repairs are not carried out promptly.
Replace the stainless steel liners on the doors and body of the sterilizer to restore the integrity of the sealing system. The work must ensure that the sterilizer can operate again without leaks and is capable of withstanding operating pressure in accordance with established operational specifications.
Our team removed all worn and damaged liners, then fabricated new stainless steel liners according to the required dimensions and operational needs. The new liners were installed using a precise fit-up process to ensure proper joint alignment and optimal sealing performance. Once installation was complete, pressure testing and leak inspections were conducted under actual operating conditions.
Replacing the liner successfully restored the sterilizer’s sealing function to optimal levels. Steam leaks were eliminated, sterilization efficiency improved, and the vessel’s service life was extended. The sterilizer is now operating reliably again, with improved performance and a lower risk of damage.
