The mill requires additional cage sterilizers to support increased Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) throughput and to replace older units that have worn out due to long-term operation. This is essential to maintain the continuity of the sterilization process and ensure that production capacity remains optimal at the Pucuk Jaya Mill.
Carry out the fabrication and supply of five new cage sterilizers in accordance with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications for Pucuk Jaya Mill. All units must meet quality, dimensional, and structural strength standards to ensure reliable operation in high-pressure steam cycles.
Our team of certified welders performs fabrication in accordance with strict, qualified welding procedures. Each unit undergoes a thorough dimensional check and quality inspection prior to shipment to ensure full compliance and compatibility with the sterilizer systems already in place at the facility.
