The plant’s six 30-meter-tall boiler stacks have reached the end of their service life and are suffering from severe corrosion and a decline in structural integrity. These conditions pose operational and safety risks, making a complete replacement necessary to ensure that the exhaust gas system continues to operate safely and reliably.
Carry out the fabrication and replacement of all six boiler chimneys with minimal disruption to plant operations. The work must be performed in accordance with safety standards, construction quality standards, and the established timeline so that production activities can continue as planned.
Our team handles the entire scope of work, from material procurement and fabrication in the workshop to transportation to the site, as well as the rigging and erection processes. Each installation is scheduled in phases during a coordinated outage period, supported by a detailed lifting plan to ensure safety and efficiency during execution.
