The factory’s existing workshop building is no longer able to accommodate the increasing volume of maintenance activities and the growing demand for fabrication work. Limited workspace and storage areas have led to a decline in operational efficiency, making it necessary to expand the facilities to support the growing operational and maintenance needs.
Carry out the design and construction of a workshop expansion by building an additional roof and its supporting steel structure. The project must result in a larger workspace that is weather-protected and seamlessly integrated with the existing building without disrupting ongoing operations.
Our team carried out work ranging from the construction of civil foundations, the fabrication and installation of steel structures, and the installation of roofing systems, to the construction of a rainwater drainage system. All work was designed and executed to integrate seamlessly with the existing workshop building, both structurally and in terms of operational functionality.
