Generator operations at the estate face limitations in terms of data visibility, making real-time monitoring of engine condition, fuel efficiency analysis, and preventive maintenance planning less than optimal. This makes it difficult for the operations team to detect potential issues early on.
Design and commission an HMI-based monitoring system capable of displaying real-time data and historical trends. The system must improve operational visibility of the generator sets, support decision-making, and expedite the fault diagnosis process.
Our team procured and installed the HMI devices, then configured the monitoring interface for generator parameters such as load, voltage, current, and frequency, as well as the alarm system. In addition, we integrated historical trend data for long-term performance analysis, along with system commissioning and operator training to ensure effective use.
