The factory requires accurate measurements of steam consumption for each sterilization cycle for quality control and energy audits. The previous system was unable to provide detailed data per cycle, making it difficult to analyze energy efficiency and optimize the process.
Design, supply, and commission a steam flow monitoring system capable of recording consumption per sterilizer cycle. The system must be able to generate accurate, consistent data that can be used for quality analysis and energy audits.
Our team installed flow measurement instruments on the sterilizer steam system, then configured the data logging and trending system to monitor steam consumption. The commissioning process included calibration verification to ensure measurement accuracy, as well as operator training to ensure the system is used optimally in daily operations.
