The boiler control panels used at the plant still rely on an outdated system (legacy system) with limited alarm management capabilities and poor operational visibility for operators. This makes it difficult to monitor critical parameters in real time and could potentially slow down the response to operational disruptions.
Replace the control panel with a modern system that is fully integrated with field instruments. The new system must improve control reliability, enhance alarm management, and provide operators with better operational visibility.
Our team designed the new control panel, procured the components, and handled the wiring installation and integration with all existing field instruments. Once the installation was complete, we conducted on-site commissioning to ensure that all functions operated as designed, followed by operator training to ensure a smooth system transition
