The fans and pumps at the plant still operate using a direct-on-line (DOL) system, which results in high starting currents, increases mechanical stress on the motors, and is inefficient under partial load conditions. This leads to higher energy consumption and reduces overall operational efficiency.
Procure and install inverter panels (Variable Speed Drives/VSDs) with a bypass system for the main fan and pump units. The system must be capable of reducing inrush current, improving energy efficiency, and maintaining a bypass mode to ensure operational reliability.
Our team designed and supplied a complete VSD panel with a seamless bypass configuration to ensure operational continuity. The installation included wiring, integration with the existing control system, and commissioning—including motor parameter tuning to achieve optimal performance. Operators were also provided with training to ensure the system is operated safely and effectively.
