The superheater in the plant’s boiler still relies on manual venting during startup and low-load operation. This situation causes increased thermal stress on the superheater tubes and adds to the operator’s workload because venting adjustments cannot be performed consistently.
Supply and commission an automatic superheater venting control system integrated with the boiler control system. The system must be capable of optimizing the venting process under various load conditions to reduce thermal stress and improve operational reliability.
Our team installed a valve venting actuation system and developed automated control logic that integrates with the existing boiler control system. Once installation was complete, we conducted commissioning and comprehensive testing to ensure that the venting function operated stably across the entire operating load range.
